| Week of 01/25/2018 - Featured Blog Post My Most Important Weight Loss Tool One of the most important tools helping me in my weight loss journey is to prep my food. The more I can have ready to go, the less stressful it is. My stepfather used to tell me "Sometimes you need to do what you don't want to do in order to get what you want." So true. Prep work today was about two hours give or take, my sink is filled with dishes and it was a pain in the butt. That's the honest answer. Honestly, it's the very last thing I wanted to do today. That being said, I'm glad I did it. I'm especially glad now that it's done, and I know that one step, that two-hour time block has prepared me for a successful week. I'm always so proud of myself when I push through and take the steps that I know are necessary. It may not be a perfect week, but it will certainly be better because I'm ready for it.
