Special Announcement Harvard Medical School

Keep the future bright!

Learn how to protect your sight as you grow older!
The Aging Eye: Preventing and treating eye disease

Dear visitor,

Sight is a precious gift. But it can be snatched away by a variety of assaults. If you are age 50 or older, I hope you will order this report from Harvard Medical School.

The Aging Eye is written specifically for adults over 50. If you are one, your risk of developing one of four disorders that pose a threat to vision — cataract, glaucoma, age-related macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy — increases as you grow older.

Age is the main risk factor for these diseases. For example, half of all people between the ages of 65 and 74 have cataracts; after age 75, about 70% do. And glaucoma is most common in people over 60.

When it comes to your vision, as you grow older you've got to grow wiser too.

That means knowing the steps you can take to prevent these vision problems. You also need to know the warning signs of vision problems, how they are diagnosed, and the best treatment options for them.

The Aging Eye will help you determine your risk of developing these disorders. It will describe their symptoms, update you on advances in diagnostic testing, and share news about advances in surgery and breakthroughs in the development of disease-arresting medications.

You'll learn what a cataract is (it's not a film on the eye), why the "air-puff" test for glaucoma is sometimes wrong (and which test is much more accurate), how your diet and lifestyle can decrease your risk of macular degeneration, and much more.

Plus, the report will show you ways to relieve dry eye syndrome. You'll see how a procedure called conductive keratoplasty compares to LASIK to correct vision. You'll find out what causes "floaters" and "flashes." And you'll be alerted to those symptoms that signal a sight-imperiling emergency that demands immediate treatment.

Our eyes change as we get older. That's a truth we can do little about. It's the consequences we can change. Order your copy of The Aging Eye today!

To your good health,

Learning About Couples Sex Counseling Temecula

By Tammie Caldwell

Sex play a critical role in relationship especially in regards to strengthening the bond between partners as it is through this that they get to share a part of them to their spouse. When things are not going so well in this area, couples sex counseling Temecula is recommended as they have the expertise to help those are stuck in these situations.

As much as the act brings a lot of intimacy especially during the act, this feeling never lasts for long and people ought to do more to keep the fire burning. Even so, it keeps them close to each other as they constantly get to share their intimate sides which consequently enhance the rapport; it is for this that people believe that a healthy sexual life guarantees happy relationships.

In addition to this, the fun can only last so long if the couple keeps doing things the same way for long as it will get boring. For that reason, getting out of ones comfort zone and trying out new things every once in a while is good for the relationship as it keeps things exciting. One can also always seek help from a professional as some of these matters can be so sensitive to deal with without a third party.

The idea of keeping things interesting in the bedroom is really to ensure that your spouse is satisfied and has no reason to pursue extra marital affair as a means to satisfy a thirst you fail to quench. In other words, this helps in securing marriages as people have no reason to cheat as they tend to get what they want and need.

Considering the deep connection that is established between people that engage in this act, the decision of engaging in it ought to be mutual. In other words, it is not meant to feel like an obligation but rather a way of expressing ones love with their partner by sharing a part of them that only them have the pleasure of getting; hence, making it special.

On the other hand, there are individuals who take it upon themselves to punish their partners by denying them this privilege; they do this by blackmailing their spouses into doing things they want and only submitting to them only when they feel satisfied. This is wrong as it makes one feel as if they are not attractive enough as they only get to enjoy it after bribing their spouses.

It is for such reasons that people who were ones loyal and committed to their partners grow apart with time and start extra marital affairs. Everyone has an ego that needs to be exercised and in this case people like being appreciated even for the very minor effort in looking good; otherwise, one is bound to go searching for better options.

As documented in most religious writings, sex is considered a sacred act and should be shared only between people that are in love. For this, the idea of getting it from someone else is a show of betrayal of the highest level due to the intimacy that goes with this act. Owing to this way of thinking, most divorces are as a result of unfaithfulness as people have a hard time coming to terms with this form of betrayal.
