The best costume I've ever seen in my life? It's a toss up: Either the three year old dressed as Batman with his parent's following closely behind playing the Batman theme song, or the guy I saw dressed as "Keith Stone" and carrying a full case of Keystone beer into every overpriced bar in Brooklyn. Halloween is a time to get loose, get creative and have some fun. It's also a time when tiny candies are around every corner, threatening to ruin your progress. Balance is the key with any holiday and Halloween is the perfect test of your willpower and determination. While the grocery aisles are full of snack-size treats, keep in mind that your gym might be doing some holiday-themed workouts! You can also get creative with your cooking by adding healthy pumpkin treats to the mix or trying the mummy toast at the bottom of this email. Balance, balance, balance. Seek out some spooky fun ways to celebrate and don't you dare feel guilty if you grab a few of those snack size Snickers on the way!
