| Today's challenge: Eat slowly. | Don't rush your meals today. If the meal you've chosen is breakfast, adjust your alarm to give yourself more than enough time to prepare and enjoy it. Before you begin your meal, take a few deep breaths to center yourself. Pause for a moment between each bite. As you eat, continue to be aware of your breathing as you become full. Remember that mindfulness is all about slowing down, being aware of your feelings and thought process, and being present in the moment — and really enjoying every bite of food! | | Now that I have been practicing eating mindfully, it seems to come more naturally.
