| | Week of 05/17/2018 - Featured Board Post 60 Pounds Lost After Many Small Changes GRYZEN
| | It took longer than I hoped to start losing weight, 2-3 years. It took a series of small but incremental healthy choices. I really started to see progress over the past year, losing an average of 4 pounds per month. As I look back over the past few years of journals and exercise logs, I realize it's the cumulative effect of many small changes and getting good information from SparkPeople and a dietitian. Over the years, I gradually increased my exercise and endurance while making more healthy food choices and consuming fewer calories. I've been so excited over the past several months that my family is getting tired of hearing about each new personal best from my running and swimming. So I thought I'd share it here with people who are committed to the same types of goals and those who are seeking encouragement that change is possible one small improvement at a time. I am confident that I'll keep up with my new habits and healthy lifestyle. SparkPeople really helps! I'm so grateful for the content and participation from the SparkPeople Community!
