Since this is a holiday weekend in the U.S., I'll be brief today.
As we enter this traditional end-of-summer weekend, that means there are still four months left in 2017. That's four months that we can reach BIG goals by reaching one SMALL goal at a time. I did a short blog today asking everyone if they are with me for the rest of this year.

I am definitely with you for bringing great results to fruition during the next four months. For me, this is my New year's resolution time. School is in full swing and all is beginning, my new year with a new number always gives me an extra boost of energy and fresh resolutions. I have committed to eight personal trainer sessions this fall. I am also increasing my number of steps each day gradually. It is a time to make myself all the more amazing.
