In a Nutshell
There's nothing like enjoying a bowl of soup when it's chilly outside. But I love soup all year round — yes, even when the weather is warm.
Today, I'll profess my love for this comforting meal and share some yummy soup recipes for you to make now, in the wintertime, or whenever your heart desires.

Enjoy,

Let's talk about the magic of soup
what's got us buzzing
Let's talk about the magic of soup
My mom always made me chicken noodle soup from scratch when I was sick. And without fail, it helped me feel better. The mix of herbs and spices (garlic, parsley, paprika, turmeric), the veggies, tender chicken thighs, and love blended together to make the most delicious and healing potion.
She's since taught me how to make her soup recipe. I've been able to recreate it, though I don't think it'll ever be quite as good as hers. I made it a few times in the last few months to support my health and eat some (healthy) comfort food. But it wasn't until I recently made a batch for my friend who was down with the flu that I learned this recipe is called "Jewish Penicillin."
With that said, I firmly believe that soup is a great year-round meal. If you're like me and also appreciate it no matter the time or weather, I've gathered a list of recipes that you might enjoy below:
