| | Week of 11/15/2018 - Featured Blog Post These Changes Matter More I have been doing SparkPeople's Premium Coaching for about 10 weeks now. It has gotten me back on track with my eating. It has done wonders for my fitness. I bought the Fit, Firm and Fired Up DVD and started out just doing 10 minute workouts for 7 days. Then I was encouraged to up the time. Now I can do 30 minutes. I just got the 28-Day Bootcamp today, did a 6-minute warm up, 12-minute cardio and 4-minute cool down. The great thing about these dvds is there is minimal equipment. A yoga mat, light weights and a solid chair. Because most things are broken down into 10-minute segments, you think, "Hmmm I can do ten minutes more," you end up doing 30 minutes and it flies by. Now to the changes. I have a mirror in the room I work out in. I noticed my waist looked visibly different. I had taken measurements at the beginning and to my surprise I had lost 3/4 of an inch off my waist. There are other areas that look different as well and some inches are coming off of those areas. I cannot say how pleased I am. The scale is going down but the inches are making a big difference! Needless to say I am thrilled!
