As mentioned last week, I have fun posting to the new SparkPeople Community Goal Feed every day. I see so many people who need help and motivation to reach their goals. This has touched my heart to do whatever I can to help more people reach their goals.
While SparkPeople has great tracking tools, articles, and community support, possibly the most powerful asset we have to help people reach their goals is the underlying SparkPeople program I developed to overcome social anxiety. I then sparked a co-worker to use the same program to lose 50 pounds and she told me this changed her life. This eventually led to the creation of SparkPeople. I published this program in a New York Times Bestselling book named The Spark.
I am launching a free challenge based on a very simple way to participate in the challenge while learning more about this program: click a single button to show your commmitment to reach small goals one at a time plus optional reading to show why this is so powerful.
