| Week of 04/20/2017 - Featured Blog Post Derailed But Not Defeated Losing weight, rather the process of, is never easy. I have derailed. The train has left the tracks. Where are the tracks? I know they must be around the corner somewhere. Life is so busy this time of year with two kids in softball, homework, gym, errands, trying and failing miserably to keep the house clean and eating well fell the wayside. A 4 pound gain last week certainly didn't help the frame of mind, however, this is what always causes me to fail. All the reasons listed above and this time I refuse to let it happen. I will find the tracks (pretty sure they are only inches away if I look hard enough). I will get myself back on them and I will succeed. I refuse to let my hard work fall over the embankment due to a few hiccups along the way. I am derailed but not defeated, and I'm not giving up on this train yet. How about you?
