| Week of 01/19/2017 - Featured Board Post Here's What I'm Really Proud Of While I am thrilled to be within a few pounds of my goal weight, what I am really proud of is the healthy habits I have developed over the last year. I was disciplined about taking it easy with my exercise when I began, adding challenge as I got stronger. I faithfully tracked my food intake - even on "cheat days." Now I am able to do challenging workouts most days of the week and feel as energetic as I did 30 years ago. I am so grateful to SparkPeople for creating such a great tracking tool and providing so much quality information to help me reach my goals. What healthy lifestyle changes are you most proud of?
