| HEALTH TIP OF THE WEEK | | Veggie cooking tip: Honey-glazed sweet potatoes | Want a new way to enjoy fresh vegetables? Make your own honey-glazed sweet potatoes. Peel and chop 4 large sweet potatoes. Toss with a mixture of 1/4 cup water, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 2 tablespoons honey and 1 tablespoon olive oil. Arrange on a baking sheet.
