Healthy tips I had to tell you about ✨

Hello there,

I've been thinking about you and all the fun and interesting things you might be doing — school, sports, hanging out with friends — such a busy time for you.

As you're growing and changing, feeding your body right is important.

Since it's National Nutrition Month, I wanted to share some simple yet powerful ways to keep your body and brain in top shape:

Fuel Up: Your body needs plenty of fruits, veggies, grains, and proteins so make sure you eat a lot of them.

Breakfast Boost: Don't skip breakfast. It's really important to help you start your day with energy and keep you focused. Having some protein with breakfast helps keep you fuller for longer - so include some eggs, nuts or yogurt for example.

Smart Snacks: Choose healthy snacks like fruits, nuts, and yogurt instead of junk food.

Stay Hydrated: Drinking water is super important to keep you feeling good. Make sure you drink 8-10 glasses of water throughout the day.

Get Moving: Stay active — be it sports, dancing, or just walking, try to move around every day.

Remember, growing up is an adventure, and TruHeight is here as your partner on this journey, giving you that extra lift in height and health.

Embrace your growth and make sure you're nourishing your body with what it truly needs. The odd treat is of course fine but try and prioritize healthy food on the most part.

Stay awesome and healthy, !

Happy National Nutrition Month!🍎🥦

Catch you soon,
