| Today's challenge: Focus on the textures of your food. | Chew thoroughly to enjoy each of the different textures. As you chew, consider these questions: - How does the food feel inside your mouth?
- Does it have one consistent texture? Or a few?
- How warm or cold is the food?
- Is it easy to bite into, or do you need to break it down by chewing?
