We love Pinterest, we really do. After all, where would we be without their mason jar salads, DIY costumes and shelf-design inspo? Amid all of the creativity, though, there are Pins out there that are sharing inaccurate--possibly even dangerous--health, nutrition and fitness information. As a general rule, if something sounds too good to be true, it probably is, but to help you work through the bad and the ugly in the Pinterest world we uncovered seven Pins that should be avoided at all costs.
