Recipe of the Week
Make your morning great with a spinach and egg protein bowl
Whole eggs are a good source of protein — one large egg can contain about 6 grams (g) of protein. This recipe calls for eight eggs and makes four servings, so each serving will fill you up with 12 g of protein from the eggs alone. And when you mix in the 12 ounces of ground beef — which has about 26 g of protein per 3.5 ounces — you'll have a total of more than 30 grams of protein per serving. We weren't kidding when we said this was a protein-packed breakfast!
Another good-for-you ingredient: frozen spinach, which is a convenient way to add a nutrient-rich green to your plate. Everything can be made using one pan/skillet, so cleanup will be a breeze, too.

Gotham Steel 10-Inch Hammered Nonstick Frying Pan
I've entered a copper-only cookware phase of my life, and I blame the HBO show "Julia." Copper looks so sophisticated in Julia Child's fictional kitchen that I want all of my pots and pans to resemble hers! This nonstick option is wide enough to cook multiple ingredients at once and has tall edges to prevent spills. No need to add extra butter or oil — everything will slip right off the pan onto your plate.
