2023 was a big year for Stratia – much bigger than I ever imagined 7 ½ years ago, as I packaged orders in my living room while watching Law & Order reruns.

Here are just a few of the things we did this year:

We launched all-new packaging. Not only is (I think) a major step up aesthetically, but it's also massively more sustainable: our bottles all use between 30-100% recycled plastic, and we reduced the plastic weight of our airless bottles by 38%. Read more about it here.
Grecia stepped up into the production role and has made every bottle of Stratia skincare this year, alongside PJ who bottles, stamps, and boxes them. (That's right - every Stratia product is made by hand by a two-woman production team in Los Angeles.)
We brought fulfillment in-house, which means all our orders ship directly from our LA headquarters. This is another step toward greater sustainability; rather than shipping products all over the world from manufacturer to bottler to distributor, we have everything in the same building.
