This Is the Beginning and the End

I am absolutely fed up of starting over and I don't know why I do it to myself. Hence the blog title "The Beginning and the End." I am beginning my journey once more, but this time I will succeed and reach the end.

I realize I need help and support, not just from my doctors but from my family and friends. This time is different, I have told everyone what I'm doing and even told some what I actually weigh, which I have never done before. Different attitude, different stance.

I want to kick butt this time and finally reach my goal and achieve a happy ending. I don't care if it takes me a couple of years, I just want to do it. I know the road will be bumpy with u turns up ahead and I am sure I will reach a few crossroads as well, but I've never expected the road to be straight.

My first challenge is changing my mindset and realizing what I am doing to myself, my second goal is to learn how to cook some lovely exciting meals.

Let the beginning begin. I am reaching for that end.
