3100 calories per day is what I do day in and day out so even when I was on the

didn't have any alcohol anything like that I said I still I aim to keep my
calories hired and 1,000 calories so you know you're eating just vegetables
obviously you have to get some fats in there to increase your calorie intake so
you know it's hard to eat you know their calories from just eating vegetables
alone hard to do go ahead try this site out if you wanna but one thing I don't
like about it is restricting your calories till 1000 I mean that is like
probably close to clinical starvation now this this is kind of one flaw that I
see in a diet but there is an upside to talk about in a moment

diet and you want to go on the shortlist diet for three four five days per month
totally different result than say somebody who is basically you know order
includes two to three times a day going

the fast food restaurants and hearing you know those super unhealthy processed
high-fat foods for eighty percent of the month you know you're gonna get totally
different so it's not so much what you do today is what you do daily say you
love me for me and you know I understand that you know everybody they have their
own starting point and this and that but you know I think for the long term if
this is the stepping stone into maybe something that you can do more
consistently good for you but as far as the short bursts you know we're only
talking about basically crash dieting for 20% of the month and just going back

doing like any form of like walking i mean you know I just don't understand
like how you can live up to 1,000 calories burn 1000 calories per day
personally and after five days you'll probably I don't feel like you're
probably gonna feel like you're a star or maybe you'll feel better it just
really depends so I would play with that number may be a little bit you know I
love eating just green vegetables like fruits and vegetables and clean carbs
low glycemic index he know you're not eating candy and that sort of stuff
drinking beer I would say eating more than 1,000 calories should be perfectly
fine you know as long as you're eating clean foods that way from the process so
will it work for you I mean it really just depends on where you're at like I
was saying you know I tried something like this before it worked pretty well
for me you know I thought I felt good eating just that simple and kinda
restricting my calories restricting yeah I guess the calories and restricting the
Medes and the chicken and the eggs just can't make sure the hormones in your
body shape though a few I liked it I don't think that I could stick to that
for very long I probably start dropping Lee pretty quickly which I'm not really
trying to do at this point you know if you're looking for something more
sustainable let me start this down to earth diet is probably looking like
entry level into trying to stick to die if you're if you're the kind of person
that starting a diet

then you know for five days into it you give up on it this is gonna be like
perfectly tailored to you it's almost like this deal was designed for somebody
who's gonna give up in five days for the long-term you know taking into
